A Christmas party in a café that is yours for the evening
For teams of 8 to 40. Prosecco on arrival, boards and toasts cut into bites, cocktails from the bar and your own music. Záhřebská 13, three minutes from Náměstí Míru.
Dates from 10 November to 22 December 2026. Weekdays from 17:00 (the café closes to the public), weekends from 16:00. December Fridays go first.

How it works
From inquiry to party
- Send an inquiry: a date (or just “December, flexible”), headcount and the package you like.
- We reply within 24 hours with available dates and a tailored offer. We hold the date for 5 working days.
- Confirmation with a 30% deposit invoice. Then we fine-tune food, drinks, music and programme.
- 5 working days before the event you confirm the final headcount and dietary needs.
- The evening is yours. The balance is invoiced after the event with 14-day terms.
Terms
- We hold the date for 5 working days from sending the offer; it becomes binding once the 30% deposit is paid (deposit invoice, 7-day terms).
- You confirm the final headcount 5 working days before the event. A drop of up to 10% costs nothing extra; additional guests are charged at the same rate.
- Cancellation free up to 30 days before; 29–14 days the deposit is forfeited; under 14 days 50%; under 72 hours 100%. Moving to another free date in the season is free.
- Weekdays start 17:00–18:00 and end at 23:00; extending to midnight by agreement and for a fee. We are in a residential building, music goes quieter after 22:00.
- Prices include VAT, invoiced to the company. No service charge, tips are voluntary.
- Report allergens and diets (vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free) with the final headcount. We do not serve outside food, except a cake or cookies.
- Regular cleaning included; no confetti, glitter or open flames other than candles. Smoking outside in front of the café only.

What people ask
How many people fit in?
24 comfortably seated at tables and on the sofa, around 40 as a standing party with some seating. Above 40 we suggest a different format or splitting into two evenings.
Can we have the café to ourselves?
Yes. We close the whole café to the public with a minimum spend of CZK 20,000 (Mon–Thu, Sun) or CZK 30,000 (Fri–Sat), which includes everything eaten and drunk. Smaller groups get a reserved area by the sofa.
How late can the party go?
Until 23:00 as standard. Extending to midnight is possible by agreement and for a fee; after 22:00 we turn the music down, we are in a residential building.
What if fewer or more of us turn up?
You confirm the final headcount 5 working days ahead. A drop of up to 10% is not charged, extra guests are charged at the same rate. Just let us know as soon as you can so there is enough food.
We have vegans and gluten-free people in the team. Can you handle it?
Yes. Hummus, vegetable toasts, chia bowls and gluten-free bread are on our regular menu. Just report the numbers with the final headcount; the option is included in the package price.
Can we play our own music or bring a DJ?
We play your playlist on our sound system for free. We can arrange a DJ or you bring your own; after 22:00 the volume is limited for the neighbours.
How does payment work?
After confirmation we send a 30% deposit invoice, the rest is invoiced after the event with 14-day terms, all to the company including VAT. You can also pay the balance by card on the spot.
When should we book and what if we have to cancel?
December Fridays go first, ideally get in touch by mid-November. Cancel free up to 30 days before; later the deposit is forfeited. Moving to another free date in the season is free.
