Privacy policy

What we process

The hosting provider may keep IP addresses in server logs for security of operation (legitimate interest), typically for a few weeks.

Table reservations: name, phone, optional e‑mail, date, time, number of guests and a note. We process them to handle your booking (performance of a contract) and keep them for up to 12 months after the reservation date, in our reservation system (app.wildcafe.cz).

Loyalty programme: name and e‑mail or phone, card code and stamps. Processed on the basis of your consent for as long as the programme runs or until you withdraw consent, at the bar or by e‑mail; we then delete the card.

Cookies and similar technologies

  • Necessary: your cookie choice is stored in your browser (local storage) for up to one year. Works without consent.
  • Analytics (only with consent): Google Analytics 4 – anonymous statistics about visits (pages, device, approximate location).
  • Advertising (only with consent): Google Ads – measuring whether our ads lead to visits and remarketing.

You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. Without consent Google tags run in a cookieless mode (Google Consent Mode) and no identifiers are stored on your device.

Map

The Google Maps map loads only after you click "Show map". From that moment Google's terms and privacy policy apply.

Recipients

Google Ireland Limited (Analytics, Ads, Maps). Data may be transferred outside the EU under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
